What’s the best way I can balance a healthy work life with a healthy social life?
Thanks for your question. I know a lot of people struggle with balancing their work and social life and I think it essentially always comes down to time management.
Make sure you’re prioritizing what’s most important at the time. Priorities are always going to change, so if one week work is a little slow, take that opportunity to make extra plans with your friends! You have to decide what’s most important and, hint, it’s not always going to be something work-related and it’s not always going to be something related to your social life. It’s all about balance and making sure that you’re paying attention to what’s going on in the moment.
