15 ways to practice self-love this Valentine’s Day

Whether you’re single or in a relationship, Valentine’s Day should be a day for self-love, and there are tons of really great activities that you can do to show yourself how much you love you. <3

Here are 15 of my favorite self-love ideas for today (and every day)…

  1. Wear your favorite outfit
  2. Read a new book you’re excited about
  3. Treat yourself to a facial or, better yet, try a DIY facial at home!
  4. Do something you’re really, really good at
  5. Vow not to compare yourself to anyone on Instagram for the entire day
  6. Snuggle up with your dog or cat
  7. Buy yourself some Valentine’s Day flowers
  8. Take your favorite workout class
  9. Host a dinner party
  10. Clean out your closet and donate any old/unwanted clothes to a local charity
  11. Go for a hike or long bike ride
  12. Put on a bright red lipstick
  13. Go out to dinner with your best friend
  14. Meditate for 20 minutes
  15. Write a love letter to yourself
