Pilates Platinum: Pilates is the most amazing workout for toning and I actually also always feel super relaxed after one of these workouts!
YogaHop: This is no ordinary yoga class; I love that they play top 40 music and use a mixture of different yoga philosophy.
Box ‘N Burn: If you love boxing these classes are the perfect combo of one-on-one boxing training, cardio and toning. LOVE this workout!
